The Instructors
Our qualified instructors have in-depth training in clothing construction and textiles. They bring varied teaching skills from the high school and college level to retail store and corporate world experience. Their varied backgrounds include television, work in the sewing industry, managing a successful bridal sewing business and publishing sewing articles and books.

How We Choose a Workshop Location
Locations are chosen based on student interest. Workshops are held:
- In or near large US cities
- At a hotel that is close to a major highway and/or large airport
If you are interested in attending a TSI Workshop, it is likely that you will have to travel to attend one.
With the exception of Ohio, we generally do not repeat a previous workshop location or area for a minimum of 5 years. A list of current/past locations is provided here:
